Every new semester brings a fresh feeling of excitement, stress, and anxiety. Even though I'm going to a state school, and I sometimes feel that I was more intelligent than my classmates when I was 10, my classes still prove to be a challenge. I earned a nice GPA last semester and received A's and B's in all my classes. However I'm feeling that this semester will be a lot more difficult due to Managerial Accounting, Finance, and my 4 other courses. My course in E-Commerce sounds like it will be a lot of fun. We are going to create our own version of Amazon.com :O Hopefully this semester ends up being just as good as last semester though.
Got a small local show tomorrow in Carlisle. Pretty excited 'bout it. I love my new band a lot, and I really enjoy playing music with the entire band. I'm just kinda sad that some members have another band commitment as well as Homefront. Maybe it's just because I enjoy this music a lot more than their other band personally. I mean their band is pretty great, but I feel like all the hype built around Homefront has now shifted to their old band again. Kinda disappointing.. bummer.
Lately I've been trying to eat more healthy, go to the gym and try to work my legs into shape for cycling, but I can never actually bring myself to go out and face the cold weather on my bike. I know I have to get out there soon. I'm also really anxious to start training hard, I just can't seem to get the motivation to actually move my legs out the door and get on the bike. So instead of training, I think going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week should help a little bit at least, by riding the stationary exercise bikes there on a pretty high resistance. Had a great day with Jess at the gym where we spent 2.5 hrs. We did some riding, abdomen workouts (I'm soo out of shape), and played lots of racket ball. Hopefully we can make this a habit.

Been scheduled for all the late shifts for the week. Only about 38 hours for 2 weeks. That's a lot more than normal, but it won't last long since our Residence Director is hiring two more Desk Assistants. Luckily, my second job (phonathon) starts up in two weeks, so I'll be getting one paycheck a week. However, I could work in Reading making about $240 a weekend if I decide to leave school every single week. I'm not sure what to do yet. The extra money would be fantastic for me and my parents to help lessen the amount of money they need to spend on me, but I'm not sure if I really want to commute that far to work every weekend.
Speaking of money - I'm super stoked for the iPad 3 to be released this Spring. I've been trying to save up as much cash as possible for it, and so far I only have $100. It's probably going to be the coolest device that I own, and I totally cannot wait to get it.
Another thing I'm looking forward to is my new phone. I'm not quite sure which 4g phone I want, but I'm pretty sure I want either the HTC Rezound or the Motorola Droid Razr. I'm currently leaning more towards the Rezound due to it's better camera, video recording, processor, and the reviews. Still not fixed on a decision though.

Those two electronics are both gonna cost a lot of cash, and if I'm planning on paying my car payment for March, buying an iPad 3, and a new phone, I'm gonna have to get another job on top of my other two. So I'm thinking I should at least try working in Reading for a month or so, and build up my savings account so I can get these sick items.
Super stoked that I might possibly be interning at Listrak this Summer. I really liked that company when I first visited in high school, and I can see myself really fitting in there. Any internship will greatly help me when I'm looking for future employers when I'm out of school (maybe even work for them), and I feel like this one will increase my experience in so many different aspects of web-design and e-commerce that I'll be a hot item on the market when it comes to employment opportunities.
So it just started snowing (it's accumulated to like an inch now), everyone is acting like they never saw snow before in their lives (OMG LETS TAKE PICTURES IN THIS SNOW. I NEVER SAW IT BEFORE). Gonna be a long night here at the desk at Shippensburg...
I love my friends<3
I think that's a decent first blog post.
Goodnight.
- Kyle
*Update* Just had a bunch of kids tell me that someone just vomitted all over the stairwell here in the dorm I'm working in. Ohhhh how I love Shippensburg students sometimes.
